New York Trip

Robbie and I were able to leave Ethan with his Grandparents and we were off to NYC for a little R&R.  Although Robbie had to work half the trip and we missed Ethan dearly, we managed to have a little fun.  While we were there we ate at some wonderful restaurants (Dos Caminos and Tao to name a few) and then we shopped, shopped and shopped some more!  The highlight of our trip was the night we saw the broadway musical, "In The Heights".  Wow! Even Robbie said he would go back to see it again!!!!!!

No one to take our pictures so we had to get creative!

Please, no more! The Paparazzi just wouldn't leave us alone!

We celebrated our 3 year anniversary with a beautiful day at central park and then out to dinner at a fabulous restaurant.

LOL!  What a coincidence!!! Love this picture!

Ethan's Favorite Babysitter!

This is a video created by Ethan's favorite babysitter, Abbey! I should add that she might be his favorite person in general right now!

16 Months Old

How old are you Ethan?  We are working on showing everyone how old Ethan is by having him hold up his finger.  Although, the usual response is a head shake from left to right and a "nuh uh".

He is smiling more than ever now  which is probably due to the fact that he is FINALLY getting his teeth!  He isn't talking that much and usually refers to everything as "DaDa", but we are working on saying, "duck, doggie, fishie, and juice."

He is very intrigued with reading and will pull out all of his books until you've read them all.  His favorite's so far are Curious George and a book called "No, David" which is mainly a picture book about a boy named David whose Mother is always telling him No!  There is a particular page in that book that always grabs Ethan's attention.  It is a picture of naked David running down the street after his bath.  I hope that's not a sign of things to come!!!!

When it's TOO hot to play outside...

Instead of playing with his toys, Ethan takes EVERYTHING out of his toy box and climbs in and out all day long!

This is his favorite new hat!!!!!
